Blueberry Smoothie

This is one of my favorite quick smoothies between doing my morning fasted cardio and heading into a lifting session.

1 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tbsp of Sea Moss Gel (I use pineapple flavor for this one)
1 scoop of Lemon Whey Protein (I use Ascent brand)
